Roof Cleaning in Miami, FL

We arrived at our clients motel in Miami Florida. This property was 2 different buildings and was a tile roof. The buildings had black mold and algae all over them that the client wanted removed. We started this job with one of our pressure washing experts on the roof applying a pre treatment to loosen up the mold and grime. The second pressure washing expert was on the ground rinsing plants to protect them from any overspray that might have occurred. This is a very important step. Next we pressure washed the roof and removed 99% of all the mold and black looking gunk on the roof. This job took 2 workers about 7 hours to do both buildings. Once we finished we always do a walkthrough with the client to make sure they are happy with the work. Everyone was very happy with the final product.
