This was a large project that took us five days to complete in Miami Beach FL. We cleaned 12,000 ft.² of roof, siding, and patio/driveway. We used our two-step cleaning process which includes a pre-treatment of a commercial grade fungicide and secondly a power wash. Cleaning in this way we have lasts for 2 to 3 times longer than the average cleaning. These are the type of house washing projects we love because we can focus on quality and do a perfect job.
